- Fusili pasta tossed with basil pesto, toasted pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes and shaved parmesan.Rustic potatoes dressed with lemon aioli, scallions, turkey ham and mix peppers.Organic assorted heirloom tomatoes tossed with kalamata olives, toasted torn breads, buffalo mozzarella,Italian parsley and balsamic vinaigrette.Charred chicken sausages, sweet Spanish onions, chive and honey sesame dressing.Marinated diced apples with pomegranate, celery, black sultanas, toasted walnuts and raspberry yogurt dressing.
- Blanched sea shrimps in citrus liquid with mango and cucumber salsa.
- Romaine lettuce, quail egg, cherry tomatoes, crispy beef bacon bits and anchovy dressing served in glass goblets.

– Transportation fee from RM 300 per trip.
– An additional surcharge of RM 300 will apply for delivery to offshore areas (Out of Klang Valley).
– Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done at ground level.
– Extra charges will be applicable for buffet set-up on.
– Other levels of the landed property (Please note that we will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during the set-up).
– Increment of order must be in multiple of 5pax.
– Other Rental Facilities available upon request.
– Agent’s Price and promotion are applicable only for buffet orders confirmed at least 72 hours in advance.
